COVID-19 (coronavirus) Update from Jam Productions

It’s always been our goal to provide a safe and welcoming environment for fans attending events at Park West. We care about our patrons and want everyone to stay healthy. Along with many other organizations throughout town we are working closely with the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois to meet all necessary guidelines regarding the evolving situation with the COVID-19 virus. We are monitoring developments and following the recommendations from the CDC (The Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and the Chicago Department of Health.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the guidelines set forth by federal, state and local governments, some of the concerts and events at this venue are being rescheduled or are in the process of being postponed. A limited number of tours have been canceled.

For fans who have already purchased tickets:
If a show is postponed, you will be notified of the new date. Your original tickets will be honored on the new date. There is no need to exchange.
If a show is canceled, refunds will be automatically processed at point-of-purchase.
